通往幸福的七個步驟（Seven Steps to Happiness）

 

「我推著一個人走向卓越，而沒有人願意被誰推著……

世界上唯一的美，就是責任（Duty）。完成了，並且履行了。沒有比這更大的喜悅。

通往幸福有七個步驟。

你永遠無法在第六步或第一步就獲得幸福。

第一步是你的承諾（COMMITMENT）。

Commit meant（意指你注定要承諾）。你生來就是要作出承諾的。這就是人類的生命。在每一個生命中，你都必須作出承諾。你生來就是要承諾的，這就是為什麼這個字叫作 Commitment（承諾）。

第二步是：承諾將賦予你品格（CHARACTER）。

什麼是品格？當你所有的性格特質都在你的掌控之下。所有的面向、缺陷與事實，都在你的掌控之下。當你以完全平衡的狀態處理一切時，那就是品格。陰與陽在那裡相遇。

品格將賦予你尊嚴（DIGNITY）。人們開始信任你、喜歡你、尊重你。而那將賦予你神性（DIVINITY）。

什麼是神性？（DIVINITY）

當人們對你不再有任何二元對立（Duality）。他們直接信任你，無論是否認識你。

所有人都是如此。他們對你沒有任何恐懼。而那將賦予你恩典（GRACE）。

恩典（GRACE）

沒有干擾，兩個人之間沒有隔閡，那就是恩典。你完全信任，赤裸裸地、毫無遮掩地信任，沒有祕密，沒有隱藏的意圖。那將賦予你犧牲的力量（POWER TO SACRIFICE）。

你能夠為那個人承受任何痛苦……

而那份犧牲（SACRIFICE），將帶給你幸福（HAPPINESS）。」

I push a person to excellence, and nobody wants to be pushed...

The only beauty in the world is duty. Done and delivered. There's no better joy than that.

There are seven steps to happiness. You can never get happiness on the sixth step or on the first.

First step is your COMMIT-MENT. Commit meant. You are meant to commit. That's a human life. In every life you have to com-mit. You are meant to commit, that's why the word is commitment.

Second is: commitment will give you CHARACTER. What is Character? When all your characteristics are under your control. All facets, flaws and facts are under your control. When you're dealing totally balanced, that's Character.

Yin and yang meet there.

Character will give you

DIGNITY. People start trusting you, liking you, respecting you.

And that will give you DIVINITY.

What is Divinity? When people have no duality about you. They straight away trust you, knowing or not knowing. All. They don't have any fear about you.

And that gives you GRACE.

There's no interference, there's no gap between two people, that's Grace. You totally trust, raw na-ked, no secrets, no hidden agenda.

That gives you the POWER to

SACRIFICE. You can stand any pain for that person...

That SACRIFICE gives you

HAPPINESS.
