(Meditation for Survival Through the Times)

Meditation for Survival Through the Times

Ek Ong Kar;Sat Naam;Kartaa Purkh(讓全部的氣透過鼻子呼出);
Nirbhau;Nirvair;Akaal Moorat;Ajoonee;Saibhung;Gur Prasaad;Jap(讓全部的氣透過鼻子呼出);Aad Suchshhh;Jugaad Suchshhh;Hai Bhee Suchshhh;Naanak Hosee Bhee Suchshhh。

Kartaa PurkhJap(Jap 與英文的 up 押韻)時,透過鼻子將氣釋放出去。

它濃縮了 Sikh Dharma(錫克正法)的哲學。

Mul Mantra

(關於《Japji Sahib》中每一個 40 Pauri — 頌/詩節的力量,可以在 Psyche of the Soul 中找到更多資訊。)

EK ONG KAR

SAT NAM

KARTAA PURKH

NIRBHAO

NIRVAIR

AKAAL MOORAT

AJOONEE

SAIBHUNG

GUR PRASAAD
Guru

JAP!

AAD SUCH

JUGAAD SUCH

HAI BHEE SUCH

NANAK HOSEE BHEE SUCH
Nanak

Meditation for Survival Through the Times

This is the last in the series of five meditations we promised you that were given by Yogi Bhajan specifically to help integrate the changes brought by the transition into the Aquarian Age.

MEDITATION

ON THE MUL MANTRA

  •   Brighten your auric light,
  •   Have a Radiant face
  •   Prevent Yourself From Aging.

Sit straight in easy pose. Chant the MUL MANTRA, inhaling deeply before each phrase:

Ek ong kar; Sat naam; Kartaa purkh (let the whole breath go out through the nose); Nirbhao; Nirvair;

Akaal moorat: Ajoonee; Saibhung; Gur prasaad; Jap (let whole breath go out through the nose); Aad suchshhh;

Jugaad suchshhh; Hai bhee suchshhh;

Naanak hosee bhee suchshh."

Each time you inhale you must do so to your maximum capacity and each phrase must use up the entire breath. On words like "Akaal moort", where the sound isn't really extended, release the breath through the mouth with a light "uhh" sound. On "Kartaa purkh" and "Jap" Jap rhymes with

"up"), release the breath through the nose. This is the whole secret: the last four phrases are ended with the breath released through the mouth like the sound of a hissing snake.

Chant for a minimum of 11 times a day for 40 days.

Since each person has a different lung capacity, this meditation should be done individually instead of in a group.

A word about the words in the Mul Mantra:

This powerful mantra spoken by Guru Nanak forms the opening lines of "Japji Sahib", the morning prayer recited by Sikhs all over the world. It provides a complete, concise and fundamental approach to life. It encapsulates the philosophy of Sikh Dharma.

The Mul Mantra has been described as a "fate killer. It removes the fate and changes the destiny to complete prosperity." (You can find more information about the power of each of the 40 pauris — verses - in Japji Sahib in the Psyche of the Soul.)
