瑜伽士掌控死亡的秘密

在洛杉磯瑜珈中心的一個夜晚，Siri Singh Sahib Ji 講述了呼吸在左鼻孔（ida）和右鼻孔（pingala）中的流動如何能讓你掌控自己的死亡。

講座的題目是「天人的內在視野」*。他詳細地談到了潛意識：「…在你裡面的是潛意識…瞭解未知才是生命的真諦…」 他還教了一個大約五分鐘的練習，期間我們交替使用左右鼻孔，他稱之為「Prana生命能量之吻」。我們要做的就是「…將無意識的呼吸轉化為有意識的呼吸」。他說：「你必須練習有意識地改變鼻孔來呼吸，否則，一旦呼吸開始同時同等通過兩個鼻孔，三分鐘之內你就會死。無論你多麼優秀、多麼健康，都無濟於事。他們稱之為「中脈呼吸」……你無法通過藥物戰勝死亡，你只能療癒身體。

死亡超越肉體。擁有一輛好車，一輛改裝過的車，這本身並沒有錯，但這並不意味著車裡就沒油……你的左脈（ida）和右脈（pingala）決定著你的呼吸，決定著你的生死……但如果你是一位瑜伽修行者，改變了鼻孔，並且不想離開……如果你有意識的力量去改變無意識的鼻孔，你就能活下去。 ……他提醒我們，他教過如何改變鼻孔，用手臂以特定的方式施加壓力等等。這是一盤無價的錄音帶，裡面包含著非常神聖的訊息！當然，最好是觀看視頻，但音頻也能讓你有所收穫。

One night at the Yoga Center in

L.A. Siri Singh Sahib Ji talked about how the flow of the breath

in the ida and pingala (left and right nostrils) can give you control over your own death. The lecture is titled "Celestial Inner Vision"*. He spoke at length about the sub-conscious mind: "...You within you is the subconscious... to know the unknown is the reality of life.." and he gave an exercise that lasted about 5 minutes when we changed nostrils, he called it the "Kiss of the Prana." We were to "...bring the unconscious breathing to a conscious breathing." He said, "You must practice to change the breath of the nostrils at your conscious control, other-wise, when the breath starts going through both the nostrils, within those three minutes you die. Doesn't matter how great and healthy you are. Doesn't make any difference. The 'central breath' they call it... You don't conquer death by medicine, you only heal the body.

Death is beyond body. Having a good car and a tuned car is nothing wrong, but it doesn't mean you have gas in it... Your ida and pingala determine your breath and your life and death.... But if you are a yogi and you change the nostril and don't want to go... if you have the conscious power to change the unconscious nostril, you can survive. ...

He reminded us that he has taught how to change the nostrils, applying pressure with the arms in a certain way, etc. etc. This is a tape that is priceless, with very sacred information on it! Best, of course, to get the video, but you'll get something out of the audio as well.
