呼喚你的無形力量
當我呼喚我的無限時，我便能克服一切。那時，我將永不受任何阻礙。
這就是人生的法則。這就是你進入寶瓶時代的方式……這是一個非常簡單的理論：如果你愛自己，你就會愛所有人。如果你不愛自己，你就不會愛任何人。空罐子無法解渴。如果你內心充滿愛、喜悅和幸福，你就能與所有人分享。朋友們，如果你自己沒有這些，你就無法給予任何人。
智慧、寬恕與影響
有人跟我胡言亂語，我坐下後笑了。
他說：「瑜珈士，我糊塗了。」
我說：「我明白。但你的智慧去哪裡了？你把它送走了嗎？呼喚你的智慧。集中精神，冥想。呼喚你的智慧，如果你的智慧顯現，你就會好起來。如果你自己顯現，你可能就不好了。」你和你的智慧之間是有區別的。你和你的品格之間是有差別的。你和寬恕之間是有差別的。除了你之外，所有方面和事實之間都有區別。當你呼喚你那非人格化的自我時，你可以去任何你想去的地方。你那非人格化的自我就是你更高的自我。它是那美好的自我，它是那豐盛的自我。
給予寬恕
給予寬恕。這是值得給予的。你應該如此善良，甚至應該寬恕上帝。你的寬恕應該盡可能地廣闊無垠。你不應該有所局限。你身為人類，因此，要善待所有人，即使是敵人。世上沒有敵人。善良沒有敵人，同情心永不匱乏，關懷永不缺乏。這些都是我們習以為常的簡單事，但我們需要力量，我們需要勇氣。

另一面鏡子

有愛的地方就沒有疑問；有疑問的地方就沒有愛。有神的地方就沒有恐懼；有恐懼的地方就沒有神。有恩典的地方就有幸福；沒有恩典的地方就有痛苦。明白了嗎？你懂了嗎？道理很簡單。
為什麼是冬至？
你們來到這裡，是為了在這幾天展現優雅。在這裡，我們練習愛。在這裡，我們練習彼此問候。我們無關對錯，這裡不是審判日。
你們知道我們來這裡是為了什麼嗎？為了微笑。為了問候，為了彼此相愛。為了認識未知。你們當中有多少人彼此認識？不是每個人都認識，而是每個人都彼此認識。現在聽好了：務必做到每個人都認識每個人。你們必須遇見每一個未知的人。為什麼不呢？

CALL ON YOUR IMPERSONAL
When I call on my infinity, I can come through anything. Then I shall never be handicapped for anything.
That's the rule of life. That's how you will enter the Age of Aquarius... It's a very simple theory: if you love your-self, you love everybody. If you don't love yourself you'll love none. Empty pot cannot quench the thirst of any-body. If you are fulfilled with love, joy and happiness you can share with everybody. If you don't have that, folks, you can't give it to anybody
WISDOM. FORGIVENESS and IMPACT
Somebody was talking to me very foolishly, and I sat down and I laughed He said, "Yogiji. I'm confused." I said,
"I understand that. What happened to your wisdom, have you sent it away? Call on your wisdom. Concentrate, meditate. Call on your wisdom, and if your wisdom comes through, then you'll be all right. If you come through, you may not be all right." There's a difference between you and your wisdom. Theres a difference between you and your character There's a difference between you and forgiveness. There's a difference between every facet and fact but you You can go anywhere you want to, when you call on your impersonal self. Your impersonal self is your higher self. It's that beautiful self, it's that bountiful self.
GIVE FORGIVENESS
Give forgiveness. That's worth giving. And you should be so good, you should forgive God. Your forgiveness should be as vast as great and as big as it can be. You should not be limited. You are a mankind, therefore, be kind to all, even to enemies. There are no enemies. Kindness has no enemy Compassion has no shortage. Care has no dearth of love. These are simple things which we practice, for which we need strength, we need
courage.
...The problem is that people just follow people, "Oh, he's my teacher.
He's my guru, he's beautiful, she's beautiful." It won't work. Are you beautiful? That matters, If you collect tons and tons of wax, it won t give you light. Il you collect tons and tons of thread it won't light. You have to make a candle. You have to put in you, like the wax, the thread of discipline, and the discipline of self-values. This is very important that every day you must rise at the ambrosial hour, look towards the life and prepare for the day As you prepare for going out and work, prepare for the day It's very important that your look looks like a saint. Like a sage. Not like a baboon Your impact is important.
THE OTHER MIRROR
You have to find yourself. Not before the mirror No before your Consciousness. Thats another mirror which you have It's not that glass glazed in the back, which can tell you your features, but it is your Consciousness which can tell your races In those facts i you see your facets of life, you will going to find yourself.
There'll be nobody more strong than you more fortunate than you, or more lucky than you. It's a simple way. You have to qualify yourself.
MEDITATION

When a man chants "HAR" from navel and tip of the tongue, tie be comes a conqueror of the five elements. There are six words, six sounds on this planet. Call them Hindu manras or Sikh mantras or no mantras, or Jewish, or Kabala, I don't care. To me the question is, what works. That's what I am.
HAR, between navel and the tip of the tongue, HARAY HAREE, three words, WA HAY GURU six. Four sides, up, down; you can cover it. With the navel which is your original pure point, you lived in the womb of the mother, without breath of life. [Ed.
Note: Chanting from the navel adds power to any mantra.]
POSTURE AND PRAYER
So long as you are itchy, so long as you can't sit still, you can't get your prayer answered, that's the trouble, because you can't send the signal out.
You have to be absolutely stable, physically, mentally and spiritually.
And then you can penetrate through anything. This is your power. But when you are shaky you are itchy, God knows you are a baboon, it doesn’t work. Kar aasan dittaa chaaou, "When the posture is perfect, all hapPiness shall come One line of Asa di Var: Nobody reads it nobody explains it and nobody understands it. Even God. all the joy He sees and created, it from that solid posture. Your posture should be solid. Your sound must be workable. And now you'll ask me,"What are these mantras? What is this Should we join TM and pay Sixty-five dollars to get it?" No. These are the technical words. Because it is the computer age, now you can understand better how it works, between the tongue and the upper palate, the sound current.
HAR(a) HAR(a) HAR(a) HARAY, HAREE, WAA HAY GURU. HAR(a)
HAR(a) HAR(a) HARAY, HAREE, WAA HAY GURU. [Ed Note: The "I" is rolled by the tongue, sounding more like a
*d', (a) ending is a very brief sound that rhymes with the "u" in "but".] In God's code, mantra is an exact solid permutation and combination of projection. There's no left and right to it. HAR HARAY HAREE, WA HAY GURU. "Wahay Guru" is Traysha Guru Mantra. It's Brahma, Vishnu, Mahesh. The Creator, the Sustainer and the Deliverer.
What is mantra? Mantra is a vibratory projection which nets the deity, the power of the God. For instance, eight words are there, ashtang man-tra: GOBINDAY, MUKANDAY, UDAARAY, APAARAY, HARI-ANG, KARI-ANG, NIRNAAMAY, AKAAMAY.
WORDS THAT WORK

It's called Guru Gaitri. If somebody perfects it, he has not to read one book, he shall be the wisest, all-know-ing, all-seeing, all-doing. And there are only eight sounds.
GURU, GURU, WAAHAY GURU, GURU RAAM DAAS GURU, miracles start happening. Take these eight sounds, master them. Do anything you want, wish anything you want, it shall happen. There's no way out.
Sound Current. It's a sound which has power over the elements. GURU GURU WAAHAY GURU, GURU RAAM DAS GURU.
There are twenty words, actually, if you get to classical music, it starts with them: SAA RAY GAA MAA PAA DHAA NEE SAA TAA NAA MAA RAA MAA DAA SAA SAA SAY SO HUNG.
[Ed Note: "Saa Taa Naa Maa" the panch shabd, is considered five sounds, the "A" is counted separately.] If you can practice that in one breath you can control your death; and anybody's death. That's the power of the mantra. It invokes, provokes, controls, directs and redirects the energy of the God, the Infinite, Almighty.
It's an historical fact that man, through his mantra, has made God fall in love... the Bhagatas, those disciples of God have done so much to God you can't believe it. That's why God rarely wants to have Bhagatas, because He knows the trouble, once they get into it.
ON YOUR OWN
In the last 25 years, here and there you have all the knowledge you need
This is very important that every day you must rise at the ambrosial hour, look towards the life and prepare for the day.
As you prepare for going out and work, prepare for the day.
to be perfect. You have been prepared through that knowledge to enter the Age of Aquarius. And you have the perfect resources to enter at your own. And those who are seeking any low-grade situation, cannot be up-graded. If you are in the habit to travel in coach, I can't put you in First Class. That's your mental degra-dation, it's not my problem. Because this is the age of the Self, glory of the Self, grace of the Self and the gain of the Self. God doesn't need anything.
God only needs, I offer myself to him.
Thou, me I offer. That's the deal.
Nothing else. Do you understand what I'm saying? It's not that I'm
"guruji" and you follow me...
Where there's love, there's no question; where there's a question, there's no love. Where there's a God, there's no fear. Where there's a fear, there's no God. Where there's a grace, there's happiness. Where there's no grace there is unhappiness. Is that clear? You understand? Simple things.
WHY WINTER SOLSTICE?
So you all have come here for a few days to be graceful. Here we practice to be loving. Here we practice to say "hello" to each other. We are wrong or right, it's not judgment day here.
Here, you know what we have come for? to Smile. To say hello, to love each other. To know the Unknown. How many of you know each other? Not everybody, everybody knows. Now listen to this: make it a point, that each one knows everybody. Every unknown you must meet. Why not?
Try that way, try to know. "If you cannot see God in all, you cannot see God at all." It's very important.
