神和靈魂是常在的，永恆的。很顯然地，我們來來又去去。有一天，你總會領會到那個階段，你的肉身將會成為永恆的靈魂。

我們必須知道我們必須去的道路，那就是我們應當走的道路。讓我們來理解，我們就是神無限的輻射光。我們就應該活得像神ㄧ樣，那是我們可以跟神連結的方式。我們可以與生命中每一口呼吸連結，在每一口呼吸中我們變得越來越澄澈、乾淨，這樣我們的輻射就可以閃耀起來。

我們的生活就會在那之後變得更快樂了。那就是它可以成為的樣子。我們的生活節律、每個原子可以和真實振動在一起，這樣真實永遠會降臨。當我們變得真實，我們就可以創造。在這樣的實際情況下，我們想要做什麼都可以成真。

人生就是與所有人彼此生活在一起，那麼就是為彼此而活。AT

☀️ 我們偉大的老師從未留下數十億美元。他們留下了一種無價的生活方式、一種使命、一段路程，每個人都可以在此生中行走與經歷。

☀️ 我去美國的目的是培養教師。老師不是一般人，他就像一根水管。一根管子送水給你；水管不是水，水不是水管。他們只是媒介。教師是教導的媒介。你所活出的是教導，而不是老師本身。

☀️ 善良是不會失敗的。關懷是永無止境的。而觸碰到人的心，是神所知道的唯一語言。

☀️ 當你像火把一樣，反射到很遠的距離時，它就能驅散黑暗。

☀️ 首先看看神在你裡面的什麼地方。其次，看神在對方身上的位置在哪裡。然後，連結神。

☀️ 當你遇到麻煩並且不知道該怎麼辦時，只需吸氣並屏住呼吸十到十五秒。神將會引導你的。

☀️ 愛神，並事奉神是我們最寶貴的自由。當我們作為一個人服務的時候，我們所熱愛的自由就得到了保證。作為神之下的一個國度，讓我們感謝愛，它給了我們寬容、忍耐和勇氣。這些都是我們自由的真實表達。

☀️ 要記住的生活原則是在光中行走。你一直在旅行。在光中旅行；在光中生活；散播光；成為那光。

☀️ 要明白一件事：我們內心生活著最平靜、安詳的智慧之湖，最美麗、最具力量的善良、慈悲和清澈之塘。讓我們理解，並深入研究它。

☀️ 雙魚座時代的訊息是「幫助我，我想知道」。在寶瓶座時代，訊息是 「我知道，我可以幫助你成為」，心靈特質正在逆轉，生活也必須相應改變。

☀️ 你因你的呼吸而活著，你是你呼吸的產物，你的認知理解是經由你的呼吸得來。當你接觸到氣息的那一刻，宇宙就會湧入你之內。

☀️ 瑜珈是一門關於現實的科學，也是所有生命神聖性的實證。

☀️ 生活的最終結果是，當你走進一個聚會時，你的存在應該像黑暗房間裡的蠟燭一樣照亮整個聚會。做為幸福的旗手吧。

☀️ 你必須與人們交談並提升他們。成為聖人是不夠的。現在是讓其他人也有這種成聖感覺的時候了。你變成了堆高機。

☀️ 這是一種簡單的生活方式：我就是神創造的樣子。我按照祂讓我走路的方式走路。我的意志就是祂的意志。我的愛就是祂的愛。我所擁有的一切，都是神給我的禮物。我只是一個看守者，隨著祂的意志我來，也隨著祂的意志我離開。

Our greatest teachers never left behind billions of dollars. They left behind a priceless way of life, a destiny, a distance that can be traveled by everybody and experienced within a lifetime. 

The purpose of my visit to America was to create teachers. A teacher is not a person, he is like a water pipe. A pipe brings water to you; pipe is not water, water is not pipe. They are just media. Teacher is a medium of teaching. It is the teaching which you live, not the teacher. 

Kindness knows no defeat. Caring has no end. And touching people’s hearts is the only language god knows. 

When you reflect like a torch, for a long distance, it takes away the darkness.

First see where god is in you. Second see where god is in the other person. Then, connect the god. 

When you are in trouble and you don’t know what to do, just breathe in and hold your breath for ten to fifteen seconds. God will guide you. 

To love and serve god is our most precious freedom. When we serve as one people, that freedom which we love is guaranteed. As one nation under god, let us be grateful for love, which gives us tolerance, endurance, and courage. These are the true expressions of our freedom. 

A principle in life to remember is to travel light. You are traveling all the time. Travel light; live light; spread light; be the light. 

Understand one thing: within us lives the most calm, serene lake of wisdom, the most beautiful, powerful pond of kindness, compassion, and clarity. Let us understand and let us dive into it within ourselves.   

The message in the Piscean age was “ help me, I want to know”. In the age of Aquarius the message is “ I know, I can help you to be” the psyche is reversing, and life has to be changed accordingly. 

You are alive by your breath, you are a product of your breath, and your realization is through your breath. The moment you are in touch with your breath, the universe pours into you. 

Yoga is a science of reality and experiential proof of the sacredness of all life. 

The ultimate end result of life is that when you walk into a gathering, your presence should illuminate the entire gathering like a candle in a dark room. Be flag bearers of happiness.  

You have to talk to people and uplift them. It is not enough to be a saint. Now is the time to make others feel that way. You become a forklift. 

It is a simple way of life: I am as god made me to be. I walk as he makes me to walk. My will is his will. My love is his love. Whatever I possess, god has given me as a gift. I am just a caretaker, with his will I came, and with his will I will go. 

May you bless yourself by the strength of your grace. May you be beautiful and bountiful by the strength of your commitment. May you be prosperous and sharing and loving by the strength od your truth. May this day bring in you the change so you can elevate yourself to your own righteousness for reasons to serve others, to uplift and share your joy, may happiness be your birthright in which you dwell in god, and may you be conscious and grateful for being human beings, Sat Nam
