然後到了中午，你說：「我是一位高貴的女性。」

到了晚上，你再說：「我是一位高貴的女性。」

那麼，你就會開始消除那些不高貴的部分，而你不需要做任何其他事情 — 這是最有力量的冥想之一，也是最有力量的肯定語之一。

這是一件能夠使你成長並綻放光芒的事……你必須達到高貴的境界，如此你才能理解：你來自無限；你經驗無限；而你將再次融入無限。對你而言，將不會有死亡。無限沒有死亡。

If you can build up character, and first thing in the morning say, "I am a noble woman." Then in the middle of the day you say, "I am a noble woman." In the evening you say, "I am a noble woman." Then you start eliminating what is un-noble, and you don't have to do anything - this is one of the most powerful meditations — it is one of the most powerful affirmations. It is one thing which can make you grow and glow...

You have to achieve nobility, so that you can understand that you have come from infinity; you experience infinity; and you'll merge back in infinity. There shall be no death for you. Infinity has no death.
